All fees for programs and services are as described on our website. Payments are processed securely through third‑party providers. For monthly subscription plans, you may cancel at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are given. For one‑time program fees, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase if you have not accessed the majority of the content. Refund eligibility is determined on a case‑by‑case basis. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NutriLife and its employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the services; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third‑party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease immediately.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
